Finding a professional for your request, contacting you and sharing your request with matching professionals; publishing professional listings. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Recipients

Matching professionals, only to contact you. Technical providers: Google (request storage, analytics, advertising) and Telegram (internal alerts). We do not sell your data.

Retention

Up to [12] months from the request or until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent by emailing [EMAIL]. You can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Listings from public sources

Some listings contain business contact details published by the businesses themselves (trade name, address, phone, website). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in informing residents about services in their language. The owner can object, correct the data or ask for removal at any time by emailing [EMAIL] or via the link on the listing page; we remove listings within 72 hours.
